During these very difficult times, I tailor my support to my client’s own needs, using different techniques to help each individual unlock their pain, in a way that best serves them.
Our work will encourage you to talk about your loss, whilst helping you adjust to your new life with all its changes – good or bad.
If we feel that you could benefit from other complementary therapies – like mindfulness or hypnotherapy – we can explore that too.
This is a safe, nurturing space that has one aim: to help you be a happier, healthier, better you.
Sessions can be conducted face to face in Great Missenden or remotely via Zoom. Each session lasts one hour and costs £80.
