What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient form of healing first developed in Japan. A technique which helps you achieve a deep state of relaxation, Reiki can trigger your body’s own ability to heal itself.
Reiki is a completely safe, natural and holistic method of hands-on healing. It has no religious association.
Reiki gives your body the energy it needs to heal itself naturally. It works to release blockages and then restores balance to your body.
What are the Benefits?
Reiki can help with depression, digestive disorders, fatigue, pain, stress, anxiety and can help you recover from illness and injury. It can be used to release pain, tension and help you feel energised throughout the day.
How Reiki Can Help You
Reiki healing benefits physical, mental and emotional health. The client remains fully clothed. Some people feel very relaxed and may even fall asleep, others talk about what they are feeling. The healing energy can feel hot or cold and sometimes there are tingling sensations.
As an experienced Reiki Master and Teacher, I’ve worked with many clients to help them bring about gentle changes, restore their energy levels and encourage self-healing.
