My anxiety programme uses hypnotherapy, to help you understand the causes of your anxiety. In a calm, relaxing and professional environment, we work through your anxiety, looking at the reasons behind it and the feelings associated with it. Through hypnosis, we can bring about permanent changes in your attitudes to the causes of your anxiety and help you manage them going forward.
