Positive, optimistic people are happier, healthier and live a better life. They often enjoy more success than those who think negatively. After hours of counseling and mindfulness, I came to the realisation that some people choose to focus on positive thoughts, even though they do have negative ones from time to time. They learn to screen their thoughts, and somehow find a way to push away negative ones. What do you tend to do? Would you count yourself as a positive person?

This 2-minute video will explain the key difference between positive vs negative thoughts – but most importantly how to start training your mind to think in a more positive way. “Most of us would prefer to be positive rather than negative. Notice how when you think positive thoughts, you don’t allow your mind to consider any negative thoughts. The aim of this video is to show you a way to let go of no unwanted thoughts.

Try to carry out this exercise just for now… for the moment. Repeat this exercise again and again until it becomes a habit… many moments added together make a day and eventually a week… a month a year and an entire life)
