I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds and my role is helping you find your way forward, wherever that may be.
Working together, we may use techniques such as hypnotherapy, person centred counselling and NLP but they are simply tools to help you. The real essence of my work is helping you understand why you’re feeling as you do. There is no right or wrong way forward, it’s a journey as individual as you are. For some of my clients a single intensive session may be all that they need to find their feet again, whilst others decide to invest more in their self-development towards a gradual journey of reflection and realisation.
