I help couples and families work through their relationship challenges. Using a combination of therapies, I help you realise the blocks, perceptions and habits that are stopping you from being happy together. We work through conflict and identify problem areas. You’ll learn to communicate and appreciate each other. As we unpick the issues, the feelings of being trapped, angry or lonely fall away and you learn how each of you wants to be treated.
