IS THERE SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT IN YOUR LIFE?

You might be going through some kind of emotional turmoil. Perhaps you feel lost, stuck, alone, empty, depressed, stressed or anxious.

Whatever you’re feeling ... it’s ok. We all go through emotional distress at some point. I’m here to help you get to the bottom of why you’re feeling this way and then give you the tools you need to find your way to a happier, healthier, better you.

I use a combination of NLP, person-centred counselling, active listening, hypnotherapy, goal mapping, mindfulness and reiki based on your personal requirements. There is no right or wrong way, it’s a journey as individual as you are.

For some of my clients a single intensive session may be all that they need to find their feet again, whilst others decide to invest more in their self-development towards a gradual journey of reflection and realisation.

No matter how long you choose to work with me, I want you to feel a positive change as soon as possible, which is why I give all my clients tools they can take away with them – like your own personal hypnotherapy recordings, to help you in between sessions.

Our time together is gentle, nurturing and relaxing.  It’s your chance to unwind, let go and free yourself of emotions that are holding you back.

Explore my site, then get in touch to find out how I can help you.
