I use a combination of NLP, person-centred counselling, active listening, hypnotherapy, goal mapping, mindfulness and reiki based on your personal requirements. There is no right or wrong way, it’s a journey as individual as you are.
For some of my clients a single intensive session may be all that they need to find their feet again, whilst others decide to invest more in their self-development towards a gradual journey of reflection and realisation.
No matter how long you choose to work with me, I want you to feel a positive change as soon as possible, which is why I give all my clients tools they can take away with them – like your own personal hypnotherapy recordings, to help you in between sessions.
